Enamel paint consists of ceramic frits instead of organic pigments. In a tempering furnace, at temperatures above 600 degrees Celsius, it penetrates the glass, forming a permanent bond. This chemical fusion completely prevents the paint from chipping, peeling, or fading due to UV rays; it ensures the color is as durable as the glass itself.

Roller Coating provides a fast and homogeneous result in large volume and solid color coatings, while Screen Printing allows for the application of patterned, striped, or dotted designs with high repeatability and precision. Both methods ensure flawless paint thickness.
Enamel-coated glass also possesses all the advantages of fully tempered glass. Because it is tempered after the painting process, its impact resistance is increased 4-5 times, and when it breaks, it shatters into safe pieces. Furthermore, thanks to its colored surface, it increases solar energy absorption, further enhancing its resistance to thermal shock.
