Glossy Finish and Technical Compliance
The beveled edges of the glass can have a crystal-clear shine (Smooth Beveling) or a matte texture (Band Beveling). The holes and milled channels created after processing are machined using special cooling systems to avoid compromising the mechanical strength of the glass. This meticulous preparation ensures the glass achieves maximum durability during the tempering process and minimizes assembly errors on site.
CNC Precision Drilling and Milling
All the necessary holes and "U" cutouts for hinges, locks, and fasteners are machined precisely according to the digital drawings. There is no margin for error; each part fits perfectly into place.
Industrial Washing and Drying
The processed glass is cleaned with deionized water and high-pressure air in our special washing line before firing. All dust and sediment are removed from the surface, bringing the glass to optical purity.
Protection Against Fracture Risk
A properly executed grinding and drilling process relieves stress at the edges of the glass. This is a crucial safety measure that minimizes the risk of the glass shattering during heat treatments and external factors.
