Our CNC machines have the ability to automatically change different abrasive and diamond tips. This feature allows multiple operations of different depths and widths on a single piece of glass to be performed in a single setup without human intervention. CAD/CAM Integration
Your architectural drawings (CAD) are directly transferred to the manufacturing language (CAM) of our CNC machine. Milling and Grooving
We can create cable channels, recesses for lighting placement, or decorative patterns on the glass surface. CNC treats glass not just as a two-dimensional material, but as a three-dimensional one.
Extended Break-in Capability
Beyond standard beveling, we facilitate installation by creating functional profiles along the glass edges, such as stepped, grooved, or recessed for special locking systems.
Special Equipment Installation
We produce the precise recesses and protrusions required for the installation of spider web facade connections, custom door hinge housings, and specialized fasteners used in glass furniture.
