Laser Sandblasting

Laser sandblasting is a contactless surface treatment technology that uses high-intensity laser beams instead of physically spraying an abrasive onto the glass surface. With this method, even the most complex graphics, photographs, and micro-detailed patterns created in a computer environment are transferred to the glass surface with millimeter-level accuracy. Reaching resolution levels unattainable by traditional sandblasting, laser engraving creates a silky texture and a sense of depth on the surface while preserving the structural integrity of the glass.

Contactless, Error-Free, and Environmentally Friendly

In our laser sandblasting line, no mechanical pressure is applied to the glass plate. The laser beam affects the molecular structure of the glass at a microscopic level, causing a matte finish. This technology eliminates masking or stencil preparation processes, increasing production speed and preventing chemical waste. Our digital control system guarantees that each print is of the same perfection as the previous one, completely eliminating non-standard deviations in mass production.

Aesthetics Lost in Details

Laser sandblasting has the ability to create a "grayscale" effect on glass. This allows a landscape photograph, portrait, or complex corporate image to come to life on the glass in the most realistic way possible, with all the play of light and shadow. It offers a unique visual solution for iconic facades in architectural projects, decorative panels in hotel lobbies, and prestigious partition walls in corporate buildings.

Microscopic Sensitivity

Lines and vector patterns as thin as a strand of hair, impossible to achieve with traditional methods, are processed with flawless clarity using laser technology. This means unlimited freedom in design.

Structural Strength and Safety

Laser treatment affects the surface of the glass in a very superficial and controlled manner. It offers the safest decorative solution without affecting the strength and fracture resistance that the glass gains after tempering.

Light Transmittance Control

Laser sandblasting makes it possible to leave some areas of glass completely matte and others semi-transparent. This allows for complete control over light transmission, creating unique atmospheres in spaces.
