Our dual-head drilling technology processes both surfaces of the glass simultaneously in a single drilling cycle. This method reduces the risk of ‘taping’ and ‘chipping’ that can occur with traditional single-sided drilling to zero. Each hole is drilled at high speed with water cooling.

Specialization in Standard and Custom Sizes
From the smallest mounting bolts to large-diameter hinge housings for thick glass doors, we have the capacity to machine all standard and custom hole diameters required by your project. The hole positions are determined with millimeter precision via CNC programming, ensuring a perfect fit during assembly.
Voltage Control
The edges of the holes are specially beveled to withstand the stress of tempering. This process minimizes the risk of the glass cracking during the heating and cooling cycle.
Millimetric Coordinates
All hole positions are transferred directly from the digital project drawings to the CNC machine. This prevents assembly errors that might occur in the field.
