SUSTAINABLE GLASS TECHNOLOGY FOR STRONGER STRUCTURES
Fully Tempered Glass
Fully Tempered Glass)It is a high-performance safety glass produced by subjecting standard glass to a controlled thermal treatment. The glass plate is heated to a temperature close to its softening point(700 degrees Celsius) and then rapidly cooled using pressurized air jets. This process creates a strong compressive stress on the glass surface, increasing its resistance to impacts and thermal shocks by 4 to 5 times.
Partially Tempered Glass
Partially Tempered Glass (Thermally Strengthened Glass)undergoes a slower cooling process than fully tempered glass. This process creates a lower strength level on the glass surface compared to fully tempered glass, but approximately twice the strength level of standard glass. This balanced strength provides excellent protection against thermal stresses while maintaining the glass's optical quality and flatness.
Curved Tempered Glass
Curved Tempered Glasscombines the aesthetic curved form of glass with the superior safety and strength provided by the full tempering process. The glass plate is heated in special bending furnaces to its softening point and then laid onto pre-prepared molds. Immediately after the glass takes the shape of the mold, it is rapidly cooled during the tempering stage. This process ensures that curved glass achieves the same 4 to 5 times impact resistance as standard flat tempered glass.
Digital Printed Glass
Digital Printed Glassis the process of directly transferring special pigments onto a glass surface using high-resolution industrial printing machines. This technology enables the printing of any graphic design onto glass, from photo-quality images to opaque color blocks and geometric patterns. When the glass is tempered after printing, the paint permanently bonds to the glass surface and forms an insoluble ceramic layer.
Enamel Painted Tempered Glass
Enamel Painted Tempered Glassis produced by applying ceramic-based colored paints (enamel) to one surface of the glass and then processing the glass in a tempering furnace. The high temperature during tempering chemically bonds the ceramic paint to the glass surface. This process ensures that the paint becomes an integral part of the glass, guaranteeing that the color is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, moisture-resistant, and durable against the harshest outdoor conditions for a lifetime.
Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is produced by permanently bonding two or more glass plates under heat and pressure using flexible and durable polymer interlayers such as PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) or EVA. This process not only makes the glass stronger but also ensures that the glass fragments adhere tightly to the interlayer in the event of breakage, preventing the glass from shattering and falling.
