After bonding the glass plates and interlayers together, they are first processed in vacuum presses to remove air bubbles. Final bonding and transparency are achieved in our special Eva Laminate<\/b> ovens, which operate under high temperature and pressure. Laminated glass is a process where two or more glass plates are bonded together under heat and pressure with special polymer interlayers such as PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral), EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), or SentryGlas (SG). This process not only makes the glass stronger but also prevents glass fragments from scattering upon breakage by adhering to the interlayer and keeping the glass opening intact. Laminated glass is an indispensable solution for all exterior facades, skylights, floor glazing, and ballistic (bulletproof) applications where safety standards are mandatory.
